old Spectator List

Interesting idea by user HaNwKs found on thread cs2d Spectator viewing player.

When there is a player dead or a spectator in the server you will see a tooltip of all the players that are currently watching you. Moreover, their team is indicated by the color of the text.

hook it with a server action key, cuz some people wouldn't want to see it, in a professional game for me it would be annoying to see that on my screen all the time because it just clutters my field of view since i to be able to see the enemies clearly. but otherwise great idea.

Actually the most difficult part was positioning the hudtxt message. I spent more time fiddling with the position than making the script itself.
