old Mute Player Script

Hi, in the forum there is only one mute script made by Patatuss, so i thought it'll be good to make one. Here is simple mute script to prevent some players which is indiscreet.

> !mute [id] [seconds] Mute player for stated seconds.
> !mute [id] Mute player forever.
> !all Mute all players except admins.

To unmute player (if already muted)
Just type again
> !mute [id]

Same as for unmute all players.
> !all

Please everyone read this: The point of this is that the file have an independent mute script.
Independent mute script?: Ins't an addon of other scripts, its a 100% mute script and nothing more = can be used on standard mode.

Looks fine, keep it up.

Why you would make this script since there is already admin scrips can mute , kick and ban ?

You can't. Its usually entegred in the main script. Thats why i shared this. But you are right about new ideas,scripts.

You're right here, but I hope you won't upload every separate command now.

I like the idea of a separate small script, the commands are fine, extra point for the temporary mute command. Only one thing bothers me is the generic name of the !all command, would be good if you changed it to !muteall to reflect it's real purpose.
The code itself is okayish, you definitely need to use more local variables, especially inside functions, and make use of your script's global table to avoid interfering with other scripts (for example, your adminList table should be inside the mute table since there might be other poorly written scripts that would overwrite your table etc.)

PS: Mute script 2016 isn't downright the best name on earth

The script looks decent in terms of coding but the idea isn't new. Furthermore, there aren't new improvements in it since the command parameter [seconds] is quite easy to implement for example.

I'd suggest firstly to check the whole Scripts section of File Archive before uploading something. In this way, you can upload way better scripts which bring interesting / new ideas.
