old 2021 5on5 maps: sf_mill and sf_cima

The original mill and cima maps have been underplayed in recent tournaments, i dont know the exact reason, maybe they were unbalanced towards CT side.

They are rebalanced now, with same tactical gameplay but with less 1 zone tiles, a bit more spaces. And in Cima, there's a new entrance in down bombspot.

Original de_cima is from United
de_cpl_mill i took Piwi's version to rebalance it (and delete things like rain, sounds, etc)
