Create a text document titled <mapname>_cell.txt

Now let say you wanted it when some got hit with one of the weapons allowed
to be teleported to 5(x) 34(y) (tiles)

just write in the text file:
CELLx=5
CELLy=34

If you want multiple values just type the values separated by a comma(,)
CELLx={5, 45, 90}
CELLy={5, 75, 87}
