Its a player skin for ct1 its called : "Wooden Soldier"

Im even putted wooden soldiers weapon !

That is wood o.O?
And you should edit the sword so it looks he is holding it..
Like remove the hand part, so it looks it is in his fist, and then you make a _m img with the end so then when dropped it doesnt look wierd
