Easy, instead of:

It is now:

ah <0/1>

So you know which options are available. I have added new commands such as deathnoticeimg, filter_*, etc.

To install drag the updated cmd.lst into "CS2D/sys/core/*.*".

I believe you can make the command via lua, then add it into the cmd.lst.

A console command with lua is simply checking the string with the log or parse hook.

LOL no, however finding out the limits for every command was time consuming--like mp_c4timer, mp_roundlimit etc.
