Just click "Click Here", download it and save it to your desktop.
Rename the downloaded font from bankgthd.ttf to arial.ttf
And go to your cs2d folder, in gfx, fonts and overwrite it.
PS: If you use this font, it may be hard to read things in chat right away. Also the font goes over the borders of the boxes. You can edit the font with software so that it "fits", but the program I used costs money.
