Most servers have lag compensation (lua), if you have high ping that makes it unfair to the other players because you can shoot them even when they are off screen and they can't shoot you because you have lagged movements.
if the server has lag compensation then yes, or the player can calculate their delay be pro, or the other players are noob, or he just teleported too much so he wasn't hit
Rhox has writtennah those servers had not lag compensation. I have to agree that I must've been jumping but it was even more difficult for me to hit them because you have to predict where enemy would be in next 0.35 seconds. Thus if you want to hit someone you should aim ahead of him but not at him
