As for me, I think I'd pick Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag or Splinter Cell: Blacklist.
Blacklist seems to stand out more because I think in open-world games such as AC and GTA, I'm more likely to not follow the plot and just waste a few hours messing with the AI and side plots.

BlackBelt even though they're different genres, so I find it pretty self-explanatory to do so. BlackBelt could've created a list for the best FPS game to come or such to narrow it down a bit. But now we're left with this, so I did my best to compare it and I understand that it's a totally different genre. But still it should be plausible to compare it anyhow mainly due to similar elements like the FPS mode and various weaponry that can be found in both of the games. Anyway, I'm waiting for Witcher 3, which probably is going to be the best cRPG of the times.
