Payback, they won't stop before they got what they want.
So what you need to do is to DDoS his IP address, send him bunch of empty packets until his internet crashes, DDoS him 100 times/day and you will be okay.

P.S I don't do these stuffs. Don't expect or ask me to do it.

Yea, it help a lot, it really help me when someone trying to DDoS my server.
But too bad that day theres no cs2d cmd mp_floodprotignoretime , so its just a block of 10 minutes.
So configure your cs2d cmd mp_floodprotignoretime , make it high enough.
Also use crontab to automatically turn on your server if its crashed, and put a firewall if you dont have one.
