btw: Only the Linux version of Chrome doesn't use the NPAPI anymore. Others still do but will switch in September 2015 if Wikipedia is right...

I stream music live at Mixify and when I used Chrome I always had a warning about its Flash player which said
Zitat
"Your Flash Player version contains a buggy audio update from Chrome. Go to chrome://plugins and disable the PPAPI 11.7.700 version of Flash Player, and enable the NPAPI 11.5.502 or higher immediately. Then refresh and enjoy."
Then, I always had PPAPI disabled in chrome://plugins and never got that warning again and streamed my livesets with ease. Nowadays I use Opera and Firefox so I'm not aware if Chrome fixed its Flash for audio streaming.

So yeah, this small bad thing about Chrome's Flash made me dislike it, and it made me infer that it probably has other issues compared to Adobe's own too.
