So, I was playing on one server and 1 guy running 2 cs2d.exe to kick 1 guy from the opposing team. I remember that in 2011 you weren't able to launch 2 cs2d.exe's at once. Why now ?

I've seen one guy do it with 5 CS2D instances open. He kicked off half the players on the server.

It may sounds weird to run two CS2Ds at the same time but sometimes it makes sense in a way. Whilst you are in-game in a server you can launch CS2D again for testing scripts, etc. Basically it's like multitasking you do something in a program and doing another in the same program, sort of.

To prevent any further non-justifiable vote reports to innocent players, contact the server owner and tell him / her to modify the value of cs2d cmd mp_kickpercent to a higher one.

This will make the voting difficult as it requires more and more people to vote at the same time. If that doesn't work, contact the owner to disable the Vote Kicking system temporarily until they'll might stop at voting innocent players.
