I really like the idea of beeing worshipped as king of the SCRIPT KITTENS! I'll do my best! yay! ∗_∗

the buildings in editor stuff has been suggested often enough already. I got it.

btw I improved all skins (replaced dark brown lines with black lines, improved the masks etc) and created a new knife which has no wooden handle anymore.

Perhaps more bot commands? Like maybe add one that'll let you make a certain bot follow you? [bot [id] follow [playerid] ?] The gameplay with bots is just a bit limited, but the AI is still pretty great.

Plus, I agree with KaiserWilhelm's suggestion for new weapons. More weapons = new strategies and gameplay diversity amongst players. (don't you just hate those sprayers?)

there are radio commands and it's planned to make the bots react on radio commands. so for example "follow me" will make one or more bots close to you follow you.

this is also a point which has been suggested very frequently already

And for those that come with the statement: "if you think it's so easy to make these skins, why not make them YOURSELF!" infact I gladly would, but I wouldn't achieve anything big, as these are just CUSTOM SKINS, not the DEFAULT SKINS, and I'm suggesting to improve the DEFAULT SKINS.

They currently:

×Can`t open doors.
×They pick first weapon they see.
×They jam in to walls.
×They can`t destroy buildings.
×They can`t avoid gate fields or barbed wires and so.
×Only thing they do is kill, nothing special.

Fixes could be?:

•They could open doors AND not @ the same time.
•They could think abut some weapons and change them a little if they see a new one.
•Little better bot-moving (they could walk too if they want).
•They could destroy buildings and try to destroy gate fields and barbed wires.
•They could try to avoid gate fields and barbed wires if they see clear path past them.
•You could set some options like:

>Flag capturer
>Defender
>Attacker
>Builder
>Building - destroyer
>Weapon carrier
>Medic? ---> New weapon/item "First-aid-packet" ---> you could carry it, hit others with it (right click) to heal them and press left-click to heal yourself (Healings can be done 3 times/packet 1 heal gives 25health and medic-pack could be in "grenade OR melee-section".

There you go!

BUT, the most best thing i would like to cs2d have is that Tile-rotation... it would be very useful and cool. thanks!

Invidually lua is very great but it gives players too much work and so.

Without lua, DC has almost must to make new commands and builds, and when he makes more builds, he eventually adds some extra, which leads to pointells things in cs2d which we dont really need.

Dont ask me why i wrote this but this just came to my mind (i like thinking a lot :P)

EDIT: Good update might be that when player has main weapon and he switches to knife for example, the main weapon will be shown in player back

Actually, there's a pretty heated discussion within the blitz community about that. Sinec MP3 have became somewhat proprietary recently, Blitz have been forced to use a none-proprietary (yet) format for audio, so there won't be MP3 support without third party developing an extension for this, and even then it wouldn't be officially supported.

Thats really bad, it would be much better to have 3 MB than 40 MB of songs. Actually I didn't wanted mp3 format because its better, i wanted it because it takes less space and less time to download. Well 3mb still is big to download in cs2d but is much better than 40 mb

Nothing is impossible, i think DC could just do it as "side-work" and release it in build 1.9.0 or something.

version 1.9.0? OMG! we are still on version 1.1.4, maybe you mean 1.1.9, and DC dont do side-work because he explained that he like the independency of working alone

Who said anything about doing it with someone else? i sai he could do it @ side with upcoming builds and release it later if he thinks it takes very much time (Ad if he decides to do it) and he doesn`t have to do that ALL at the same time.

By the way DC, mind you tell me a little about how did you made cs2d so secure against hacks? i know lots of these "hack-security" - programs like punkbuster and hackshield, gameguards etc, but cs2d is most hardest game to hack i think o.O i haven`t seen anybody to really hack it good.

wtf. you can hack cs2d very easily and there are very many hackers. it is absolutely NOT secure. hackers are still an enormous problem in the game.

moreover it is IMPOSSIBLE to protect a game against all types of hacks in an effective way. most protections are just a waste of time.

of course I'm not going to explain any protection methods here. that would be REALLY stupid because it would make them even more pointless.
