Horrible Ping Help Please

Any console commands to fidget with to help lower my ping?...It's about 120-140 I have a 100Mbps connection. I avg. about 40-50 on regular CS.

we already have like 1000 threads about that.

use the search function. for example:

there are no commands in cs2d which lead to better pings.
the only thing you can do is:
options

net

connection: fast (but this will probably not change your ping)
