ie all red colored font is changed to black and all blue colored font is changed to white.

no. thats not possible. you can't change all colors of all texts.

in certain commands you can change the text color by using color codes (e.g. ©255000000 at the beginning of the text) but that doesn't work everywhere.

Type this into console to get white: sv_msg ©000000000 <text>

but you need to do it every time
