0104 is the latest and best cs2d version of the old Blitz engine: http://rapidshare.com/files/125945759/cs2d_0104.zip
Do note 0104 isn't open-source so maybe you can get lucky and DC can give it to you..

thanks i made it with a website builder.
i still had to edit in notepad++ because that builder doesn't have any options for image folder.
does't even have option to save it to any known webiste format, but you have to copy the generated code and paste it
