depends on the license under which the music (or whatever you want to use) is published. there are only 2 possibilities if you can't find the license:
contact responsible people and ask (the creator in most cases)
or don't use it
never use stuff without knowing about the license stuff. you might run into serious trouble. copyright infringement is serious shit.

@2Fast4You, yes because you are hosting it on your webspace, allowing people to download have it. Just because it's a client doesn't bypass that. You just might only get away because people don't use cs2d to host bad files...(only sometimes).
