I don't think you can find another solution but these two on the web. Most who provide that kind of service want payment.
The name of the language is "english", by the way. Not USA.

yep i dont speak german but i do speak bulgarian
il try google languane tool
but there is many ut not with translatin from english to bulgarian ..
do somebody know such think to translate from english to bulgarian but not word a text so if somebody here knows please tell my

You want a text translator? Then you should forget it. The texts those translators generate are more confusing than helping. So if you want to translate a text, do it by yourself or with help of a human translator, but don't use automatical translators, they are really bad.
why?
im wasteing many time translate it my self
but besides im never use a text translating if i dont know i just look at some dictionary

I've seen many automatic translated texts before, and I can surely say, those texts are not worth to be called 'translated'.

Well you would waste much more time trying to translate it automatically...
If you search for a normal dictionary, look at www.wiktionary.org. Or is there no Bulgarian?

I searched a English-Bulgarian online dictionary and found that, but I don't know if it's good.

If there is a word which you want to translate hold your cursor over it a few seconds, then a "help-bubble" will pop-up that shows a translation.
