Go and install an antivirus program like AVG or Avira, run the antivirus program and it should delete msdcsc.exe from your C drive.
I'm using Google Chrome, it's fine.

You can turn this off when you install it, or you can use one of the multiple Chrome edits from companies like Comodo, which do not log data.
