If we can open/create servers using the smartphone, (and using 3G/4G) the server can stay 24h online(and be faster than the PC(because it will not share internet with other software, and will still be easier / cheaper to maintain 24 hours online online than a PC)

No, the pings would be horrible. Also, no smartphone on this world can handle this.

You don't understand. Everything that goes through the air (including 3g and 4g data connections) has horrible latencies. And the Galaxy Y is a Joke. You can't host a server on that. And no, you wouldn't be able to host servers on faster phones too.

It would be a complete disaster.
First of all that idea would not do well it that game. Imagin how perfectly customize and arrange that game would have to be to start it on a phone.
Secondly, People wouldn't even use it because They need a really good smarthphones to run it properly. Tell me also how did you consider playing on your phone CS2D? Have you even think about it before posting your totally stupid idea? It's not worth of working about it. People just would start to losing money by creating servers on their phones.
Useless idea. Not every game should be transferred into phones.
Geez.

Still not a good idea. Phones are simply not made for hosting game servers. It wouldn't work well.

the hook attack and attack2 should have a parameter with which item the player attacked.
and item just used dropped items. would be good if there is a similar function with carried items.

what i mean is, that you can have more options about the wep the player is holding, like the ones you can get with cs2d lua cmd item.

like this: holditem(holditemid,"value")
Values:
• exists
• name
• type
• player
• ammo
• ammoin
• mode (and scope)
• fire
• aim (attack against playerids/breakable/npc etc)
