CaLiBRe: I like it when you said "we can get money."First off no one here actually has right to it but DC, as he created the game. If DC really wants to put his game on kickstarter he should, but the possibility of that happening is small. And even if he did, the money should be used for advertising instead of wasting it to try and make the game safe from hackers which won't happen anyway.
If you want more players go spam around a bit. In fact, have you ever seen the users page? It grows by the day but little of these people want to play CS2D seriously, because they are kids. I'm guessing they would rather play mods instead.

Game is quite stable and servers are stable too. Protection from what? Your nose? Fix bugs? It's impossible to fix all the bugs in one day. New options and game modes? Go play COD instead. Have I solved your problem? Yes. Money won't help in any way - money will not magically fix bugs and improve the stability of the game itself.

The truth is I know how hard will be improve that game but ppl who's only can complain and saying "no thats impossible" are just another barrier.
I believe everyone should be even try do somthing not all the time complaining, If we can't try we don't will be know the effects.
I know about that the hackers all the time will be try fuck up that game, I know the rapair of the bugs need time I have not written anywhere that will be in one day, new options and modes ? you know how this game has evolved ? Evolved because DC has added new options and modes.

What have you done for this game? At least respect someone's try to make this game better. Always to deny something new, it's easy to say "No, bad idea".

Sadly but money are not gonna help with any of those because they are needed to be invested in something but there is no dev team to invest into so just plain no.

I do agree that CS2D needs to be more popular with dedicated users that play how it should be played. Yet I can't see why money would help to stop hackers, it won't work. Although I do believe it could be put to use so that DC could buy programs to improve CS2D or even start advertising.
It is a shame that CS2D has hackers, yet there is nothing we can really do about it but just ban them and try to play.

I know that DC has said many times the contrary, but i want to hope that he can seriously think of doing something more. If all the community support these kind of ideas i do believe that somehow he can decide to make actions for the game's sake.

I am extremely sorry for disappointing you my majesty. Let's all, disbelievers, stand in a circle, sing some camp songs and send donations to CS2D project on kickstarter.... Now realistically tell me how the hell money are supposed to help cs2d and our small commute? Money =/= magical healing potion. Money can't just give you all bug fixes/features in a moment. People are the ones that move the progress for the money. But with this project, one huge problem arises. There is only 1 person developing here, 1 person cannot make wonders despite the amount of money he has in his pocket. Kickstarter WON'T help until DC will change his 1 man army policy...
