@ RAIGEKI: Because usually people with experience makes games with scripting language editors (and starting your code from scratch) rather a program that lets you to customize the game with it's own tools. I agree on the fact that it's better to use an IDE to develop a game instead of a game making program, you have full power on what you want to make and on what you want the players to make.
I as well code using game maker and not so much use drag and drop.
