Off Topic Another PC building threadVADemon is still against WD VelociRaptor
Now the important thing:
All the PC parts are in USA and are cheap there however, I'm fairly sure that I'll have to pay shipping prices as well as duty fee since US is not part of EU. I do not know what kind of price is for those so I'll just go ahead and ask...
I'm sure not just one of you built his own PC, where did you buy the parts and what terms applied to you?
Oh, this is the final build (I'll buy the case locally)
// Ok after looking into it, getting them from US would punish my ass heavily with duty & shipping fee/cost so much that it might probably justify the high costs in Europe. Shit.

// UPDATE \\
Alright I've ordered all parts from within Lithuania as the price in UK is just barely lower and I get 2 to 5 years warranty depending on PC part.
Here's the final build:
Intel core i7-4790K, Quad Core, 4.00 GHz
Z97-P Motherboard (Thanks to _Yank for helping to choose)
CTG-600-80P: PSU Chieftec CTG-600-80P, 600W (will probably change to 750W in the future if I have problems)
Crucial SSD MX200 250GB
WD Black 3.5'' 1TB SATA3 7200RPM 64MB (I chose SSD/HDD build due to VADemon's eloquent statement)
LG-01B-OP Case
DDR3 Crucial Ballistix Sport XT 16GB (2x8GB) 1866MHz
GV-N98TG1 GAMING-6GD: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 980 Ti (Thanks to Livia for suggesting to go with 980 Ti rather than 970 and _Yank for suggesting to get Gygabyte one)
Total cost added up to 1650€ with building included.
Thanks for suggestions everyone, I might revive this thread in 6-18 months as I'll also be looking for a nice monitor, extras and peripherals.
Great, now I have only 30 euros left for candy and booze

Ye, that is seriously painful. / Rainoth Rainoth has written
Its good your reviving this thread in 6 to 18 months. (thats long) and good And you drink booze? Great, now I have only 30 euros left for candy and booze
Yes, I normally drink liquor and whiskey (but lets not go OT .-. )
That's my boy!
When you're going to make a decision about your next monitor, please take some time to read online tech reviews especially about the real response time and color space/calibration.
My current T24A350 from Samsung may be a great TV but is rather bad for games, the following review sums it up: clickity
The vertical view angle is terrible
The color space/calibration is bad (I couldn't get satisfying results, the gray color was always too warm (reddish)) compared to my old NEC MultiSync LCD1770NX (which I recently bought a second piece of, because it's incredible)
My keyboard is 9-11 years old and is still great. I was at an electronics shop a few weeks ago and only a few keyboards in 50+ Euro price range had the key mechanics that felt at least as good as my current one.
Headsets: don't expect a good mic for an adequate price. 2 key features for headsets: surround sound (not just stereo) and external noise isolation
Final note: I'd recommend you to avoid Roccat products. My Roccat mouse died (the left clicker broke) after ~2.5 years; my friend had a Roccat headset which broke twice in the past years, he could get a replacement due to the guarantee but it's currently malfunctioning again and he's looking for a replacement
I'm not a big fan of headsets as I normally listen through speakers.
I've got a wi-keyboard mouse as a combo set and I'm very pleased with them. I've been using logitech products for mouses and keyboards for as long as I can remember and I had no problems.
// EDIT \\
Alright. Some time has passed. I've been patiently waiting and now I've started thinking about monitors.
GTX 980 Ti supports 4k (obviously) so I'm thinking of something like that. I'm not entirely sure if I really want it. 4k resolution is better but it also costs more. From there on, I shortly looked at what is offered in my country (this shop is known for lower prices than other shops) and I narrowed it down to two monitors.
A Phillips monitor for 450 euros *Click this for English*
or
A monitor from AOC for 390 euros *Click this for English*
Now, the AOC monitor seems to be superior but I've never heard of that company and wouldn't wish for it to break after 2-3 years of usage.
Please DO mind that I know nothing about monitors. I just need it to run in either Full HD or Ultra HD, have 60 FPS and last long. If you're using a similar monitor and you're content with it or if it was a disappointment to you, please tell me so I get a better idea of what's good and what's bad out there.
Thanks again,
Rainoth

Game benchmarks in 4K are underwhelming. ~30 FPS on best settings. Surely, the technologies evolve, but it's not just the hardware.
Most software does not scale well, literally. You will need a magnifier for some older games' UI.
In fact, you can check it out yourself. It's not marketed by the name "Super Resolution" afaik. Your graphics card computes a 4K image but then downscales it for the monitor. Sometimes the image is indeed better, yea even on a FullHD display, but that's usually true for older games with crappy graphics/textures per se.
4K can, however, improve your workflow, but it's then up to you, your usage and needs.
LG 29UM57 LED Ultrawide GAMING 28''
and
Asus VG248QE 144Hz GAMING LED 24''
Any opinion or maybe something else?
Delivers better performance in color, image quality, response time and is flicker free compared to that asus monitor, but costs more.
You may have to change it away from the FPS mode if you find color unsatisfying.
Can't comment on your LG monitor as I've never seen it in person.
I'll also note that I am probrably biased towards BenQ as I have mostly used BenQ monitors.
Thank you for your opinion about BenQ monitors.
// I ended up getting LG 24GM77 24 inch 144Hz gaming monitor
Price: 270 euros
Will further revive this thread for one more (or two more) times when I need to decide on peripherals and additional cooling.
Pleased with performance but the sound is an issue. Tried to look into fans and how to adjust them to reduce noise when I don't game intensely but didn't really help.
/// EDIT FOR 2016-06-29
Here we are, one year later. Didn't have issues with performance, the only concern right now is the sound.
I looked into it and there's such a thing as sound isolation which looks kinda like a mousepad that you attach to walls of PC to absorb sounds. Yay or Nay? Anyone knows about it?
Another thing is cooling, I checked the temps while playing Skyrim (PC is loudest during this one) and they are about 70 to 75 Celsius degrees (meaning roughly 15 degrees lower than safe limit). Could get a liquid cooler. I got enough funds again and if that solves the sound problem, I'll gladly pay up.
I feel like my power supply produces most sound, does switching it for stronger one change anything or not (excuse me if that's a retarded question)?
Finally, I looked for various programs (checked BIOS too) but I can't find a program that could control the ventillators how I would like them.
I'll give an example to get an understanding of what I hope to find:
I run Skyrim PC gets hots fans produce tons of sound I stop playing Skyrim fans still produce tons of sound some time passes and everything's cooled fans produce moderate amounts of sound.
Basically, they work while the temperature is above X amount.
What I would like to have is that all of this happens WHILE I'm running games (GTA V, Skyrim, etc.) and stop when they're closed, meaning:
I run Skyrim PC gets hots fans produce tons of sound I stop playing Skyrim fans produce moderate amounts of sound (yes the PC is hot at this point) I go write code/watch anime/play LoL/ whatever PC still cools off just it takes more time because fans aren't working batshit crazy.
That way I would have to hear all that stuff when it's REALLY needed to cool off PC and not hear it when it isn't. When fans work based on temperatures, I can't do this. Any programs for something like this or similar?
Of course, if any of the things about PC parts applies, feel free to suggest some types/models. I'll consider it.
Cheers.

I know higher cost does not necessarily mean it'll be better. Maybe you misunderstood. I'm asking if getting a stronger PSU would mean that fans don't have to cool so hard (the fan on PSU unit). That's why I said it was kinda a retarded question, because I know nothing when it comes to PSUs.
