Hello everyone
Today i'm preparing myself for applying to English studies program at the university, and for this task i'm going to need a statement of purpose where i should explain the reasons behind choosing English as a field of study and those protocol stuff..
It doesn't have to exceed 50 words, and i'm posting this just to ask you about your opinion about these models i had written on my own, and i'm really confused which one choose and which is the best of them..

So here are my statements of purpose, read carefully and notice me if there's any grammar errors, also if you had such an experience before your advices would be very useful

I wrote the second only after reading an article about the best ways to write a good SOP, but i don't think I've followed the indications correctly; the first looks more like a cliché and most of people would write a similar one

Also, why are you referring to English as "globalized communication"?
