No. Gajos will still be able to send your usgn.dat to himself every single time he wants to. You're fucked unless you RESET YOUR PC.
Yates on the point that making a new USGN will not benefit you whatsoever. Creating a new acc for whatever reason is NOT ALLOWED. You'll just get all of your accounts banned that way. DC allows exceptions once in a while but it's very rarely and in extreme cases (yours is not an extreme case) so NO, you can't make another account. Rainoth: I have ASUS PC! Step 2: Download dropbox after you register.
Step 3: After installation completes it'll ask for your credentials; the one you used to register your account on dropbox's website.
Step 4: Copy folders/files you need to the dropbox folder
Step 5: Wait for the upload to complete
Step 6: Wipe everything.
Can't get any simpler than that.

lelu: I know exactly what you meant, buddy. But there is always a way to change your IP manually or with software. You can't stop it this way, and you ALWAYS have the problem that Gajos can still access his user info. So it won't help.Dude, trust me. I've been doing this for a very long time. My option is the only one - unless you find out what is sending the info to Gajos which I doubt you will find unless he tells you, which is also not going to happen.
