Cebra: Oh, wow. Installing a live version of Linux, next learning some linux, then copying and pasting them after that deleting the HDD, Finally, creating a disk for it again but this time as secondary. So in the conslusion, It will work broken. Does it even worth it? Still looking for a simpler way to do that. Thanks anyway

The Dark Shadow: you don't seem like you get it:
DATA MIGRATION
create a matching partition on the new drive
copy all data from the old to the new drive
either remove the old drive or change the primary boot drive in your BIOS/UEFI
if everything worked (optional): clear the data from the old drive
