I usually rotate the grill so that the corner i throw it on doesn't land in the fire but, instead, on the ground, which makes it easier to retrieve. Now that you mention it, my food hasn't really fallen through after I rotate the grill...
I hope it works because it is deep as hell!

Working on the forge.
When You will make other adventures? Yesterday i finished basic adv. with your mod and I want more : D
It was really nice, but i noticed some glitches:
- i can make only basic clay bootle
- products seep through the grill and land into fire
I must to lay down it next to the fireplace-using pickaxe animation doesn't looks good, imo You should cut it off.

I have made a few maps for the mod, but haven't released them, simply because, firstly, not sure anyone would be interested, and secondly, I'm not sure how to script in diary updates and such yet, and haven't really bothered reading up on it to learn.
Is there somthing i have to do to trigger it?
Same with the anvil although i think i Builder said somwhere that it doesnt work yet.
In other news, THE GRILL IS FIXED. Finally figured out why the meat would drop through and I have made a fix. It is also foolproof. There is no way this would not work.
Now I'm going to complete the forge.

For example, if im out of my camp hunting at the same time that my food is cooking, when it cooks it will fall right through and into the campfire.
I dont mind though because while cooking food i usually water plants or mine a closeby rock. Its a rare occurence for me and i may be the only one it happens to, considering my luck

Shit. Well, hopefully the fix I used for the throwing will work for the cooking. Except it'll look odd.
EDIT: K, I think I've fixed the drops-through-when-finished-cooking-if-player-is-not-nearby bug.

Explanation:
You can build a 'forge shelter' on top of an empty water rock. When that is built you are given a message "Hammer the rock to finish the forge!" When you do that, the water rock is turned into a special forge rock and a coal pile is placed in it. The coal pile can be activated to put charcoal\coal in it (like the fire).
EDIT FOR GREAT JUSTICE:
It would be cool if someone could make me a set of models. Just cut all of the tools in half where the "top" of the tool connects to the wood. Ie; Separate the axe into an "axe head" and "axe handle." If you do this, you get credits in the readme and internet kudos\thanks.

i want to make a harvest moon map for this mod
A map where you're stranded on a very small island, SURROUNDED with a TON of sharks and piranha, with JUST enough resources to survive and build a dug out to get to the mainland shore, where upon you can then search for an abandoned mining camp and take it as your own.
A map where you have a very small bit of land to live on, and no animals to hunt on it, where as the vast majority of the bounty is underwater. This means you need to compete with sharks and piranha to hunt the fish in the water, either via fishing rod, or via spear fishing. Wood supplies are extremely limited, so stabbing with spears is best for this map. Water plants ensure that you can stay under for extended periods of time. Basically, it's an underwater map.
A map with extremely limited wood, no metals of any kind, all the animals on the island are raptors, the oceans are PACKED with piranha, and heavy, mountainous areas, which are nested by predator birds.
A map where there is a desert with a single oasis, but a huge pack of lions around the oasis.
All of them have little hidden easter eggs to discover.
Easter Eggs range from special weapons (like gold bows or crystal swords), to ruined outposts, to extra supplies. They're basically there to reward you for exploring.
I've got another idea for a map, but that depends on whether or not Lions can breed with lions if left undisturbed, and if raptors can breed with raptors if left undisturbed, I.e. if there are six raptors near each other, the next day, will there be 3 new ones?

The farming update has been out for quite awhile...? The download link is on page 32 (make sure to get all the hotfixes).
You use bottled water (waterskin, clay bottle, glass bottle, ect) and right click when holding it in your hand to water crops.
EDIT: I got the models I needed, new version coming soon. Today\tomorrow.
