I was bored and I made this simple gamemode. It's called IdlerEliminator or if you want just DeathRun (word by word ). For users will, I changed its name just to "Marathon" (thanks for Engin33r).

In this, you have to run wherever you want, but as fast as you can (select knife!) and reach highest distance. Every X* time player with lowest distance dies. It happens until there is only one player - then round restarts.

*(editable in the script, default=10)

I made example map for you with Pixel's tileset, enjoy it!
On this map every lap, you get lap bonus (distance +10); bots don't run on this map = play it with real players

Remember about rules (no stealing etc.)

You could have made a long track with obstacles and such stuff. I still like this. Change the name also, it's too long.

Just call it Marathon or something, your current name is way too long and not pretty. The idea is pretty interesting though. And I'd advise renaming this - you can see by the comments below me that people don't find this to be deathrun.
