old [Bolt]Items' and buildings' IDs - better now!

Program I made long time ago.

Very simple application that allows you to find ID of weapon / building you name know or vice verses - name of weapon / building you ID know. I know there's one very similar file in file archive, but my allows you to enter part of weapon/building 's name what actually makes it faster. Same with IDs.

@user Avo: Open up notepad, press CTRL+F and type in a part of the name.
It's pretty much the same.
