Guess the number! (mini-game)

OfflineIn this mini-game you have to guess the number.
The server will randomize a number, the first who guesses it will receive a reward.
You can guess by using !gs <number>
Example: !gs 400
Once the number has been guessed, the server will randomize another number, the other players could re-try.
Features 
You can change the reward (item ID). You can change how many correct guesses a player can have. You can change the minimum and maximum of the number (default is 1-10000). You can edit it, just don't claim it as yours.Python version here.
