WW2 Germans & Americans

This is only a redone. Orignally i stumbled upon a skin made by TheSkray in GB (GameBanana) and i made some improvements to
it.

[UPDATE]: Made it a full pack. Includes all ct and t players.
Changed the color of ct1.bmp.

Sparty: It's easy to adjust the saturation and hue of the skins to cut down some time for other skins. There's "copy-paste" involved among the soldiers helmets. But there's still hard work involved you know?
