MeowMultiSound is a sound format converter that supports MP3, OGG and WAV, it means that you can convert: WAV to MP3, WAV to OGG, MP3 to WAV, MP3 to OGG, OGG to MP3 and OGG to WAV, but you can change the format of a given format too. For example if you want to change the sampling frequency of your WAV file or if you want to convert a stereo MP3 to a mono MP3, you can do it. Except for conversions that produce a WAV file, remember that these conversions are lossy (you can't get your data back once a MP3 file is in the mono format, and you produce only a pseudo-stereo file if you use a mono file to make a stereo one). It can be very useful for CS2D mappers and other guys who work with sounds in CS2D. No cracks - it's 100% free (freeware)!

The folder won't open. I get a message saying the folder is "invalid" whenever I try to open it or extract it.

Online audio converters are bad if you look for high quality conversion. Also, it's much more comfortable to convert everything on your PC.
