latency problem with own server

Reason why people lag is because some of these usually:
1.You got slow connection.
2.Some antivirus might block some parts of CS2D.
3.Players have slow connection.
4.Players have slow pc.
5.You got slow pc.
6.You are doing something else internet-related at the same time.
7.Players are doing something else internet-related at the same time.
8.You have some kind of virus.
Or something else like that

Remember, USUALLY try to reboot your PC and host it again with Cs2D edicated server, without any browsers or messengers or anything liek that open.

when im hosting a game everytime i open cs2d twice and view my game in the serverlist the latency is 0, no bars and people complain of lag. i have a good internet connection, what could be causing this? windows firewall is off and i have the right port forwarded in my router.
wtf? Your connecting to your own server, no KIDDING that you have 0 ping. It's common sense. I mean, even a person with Dial Up with a dedi server would have 0 ping.
However, even if you have "fast" internet, your computer will still lag mostly because you will tend to "spike"
And your internet is no where NEAR compared to dedicated servers.
Of course, your computer is doing other things at the same time as well...
@Jonzku777:
1. He already says he fast connection(Or enough)
2. ...Is that you can think of?
3. Lies. There are only a few people I know with Dial Up.
4. True, but a friend of mine has fast internet and a slow computer, but also has 50 FPS. It could be the map your playing that is laggy.
5. Read above
6. Not really.
7. ik. Not really.
They probably just live to far from your server to get good latency. I wouldn't worry about it.
