So I think you cant create 2nd server if there is more then 150 servers.

when you mean the other limit peer ip:
you can host max 5 servers on the same ip.
another reason:
you must use another port for the second server!
go in server.cfg,choose another port and forword that port to your computer,too

Yeah, i hear about 5 servers, but dont hear about port, i should try it

The doom 1/2 used this port, lol.May anyone say please good port to change ?
That's how I do.
the current usgn serverlist limit is 200 due to retarded attacks some weeks ago. however most time there are less than 200 servers so this is not your problem.
as said before you can host up to 5 servers with the same IP. that's not a problem for you when you are hosting just 2 servers.
so your problem is the most common problem: port forwarding/firewall setup.
you have to do that for each port you use - and each server has to use a different port.
so you have to setup your devices/software for at least 2 ports when you are hosting 2 servers + you have to actually use exactly those ports for your servers.

If one of the servers is using 36963, the other can not, simple as that, change the settings for the second server and then port forward that second port. It should work then.
When I create server it doesn't show up on U.S.G.N. list until I've played on the server for a few minutes then eventually it'll be displayed on the list and players join. But sometimes the server get listed really quickly and sometimes it's not listed at all. Well yea that could be my connection... not sure though.
This is how it looks like for me...

Its look like that for me too, but its my second server, i dont see second but see first and i all ready setuped all things what DC say'd.
the first server make port 36963
the second server make port 36964
now go to router.forword port 36963 AND 36964 ,too!
if you have done this and it doesnt work,look at your computer.mayby you have a firewall there and this firewall is blocking the second server?

the next you can try is start the 2 servers and search at usgn.de for youre ip.mayby the second ip is listed there?
