just turn it off
IF the server admin doesn't want to have people banned for no reason then he should turn antiban off.
the command is:
rcon mp_antispeeder 0
if its your server do that.when not,contact server admin/ask in server for admin and tell him whats the problem and tell him the command
this has been said at the day of release of 0.1.1.5 already. there were THREE usgn messages which said that you should turn it off! we had many threads about it already this title is idiotic 
mp_antispeeder 0 - as already said closed! 1
