I don't think this answer is correct.
Ex: 4/3 = 1.3333333~ not equal to 0.33333333x4

I used to believe that too.

0.999 != 1, but 0.999... = 1, because 0.999... means infinite nines after the "." Infinite is so huge that 0.9 = 1 , if you use the 9 infinite times
