Yes, I didn't even think about absurd shit like time zones because I don't care if trash is visible for 6 hours or just one. My approach is a "trial and error" method. Simply select a few of the suggested moderators and see what happens. It's the easiest approach. Most people here seem to think "Oh my god, these new moderators!!! everything is going to explode!!! The website is dead!!!"This is just wrong for so many reasons:
Moderators that do shit can simply lose their moderator state (that's the "error" part in trial and error). I can add more moderators if it's necessary. Nothing is final. Nobody is perfect and new moderators will need some time to get used to it. I'm dead sure that we can find negative points about every suggested user. It's pretty impossible to make something right for everyone.So I do understand the criticism on my methods but I don't understand the reaction. Everything is fine and if not it can be adjusted to become fine.
DC: Then, if this is still not final. May I still ask you to take these few people that you might not have taken into consideration for becoming a moderator, as they should not appeal wrong in any way and are suitable.
