There are no account changes logged and the recovery system at www.unrealsoftware.de/recover.php works without any problems. Just use it and you will be able to recover your account. You need to know your password or have to have access to the connected email address. Your account is clearly lost forever if you have none of both because there is no way to proof that this is actually your account.

I performed an hijack reset. You should have received a new password to login.

Remove your unrealsoftware.de cookies or use another browser if you are still having problems to login with that new password.

If so, try to remove some of the addons on your browser. It happened to me once.
