It's a post to host forum that works with post count, which mean they gave you a Reseller/Cpanel host and in-return, you have to be active and make posts on their forum everymonth.
P.S : Mods, have a hearth and don't ban me for the ref link. I won't win anything from it but a "1+" ref on my profile.
P.S1 : We also register domain time by time, 2domains everymonth, Go get one for yourself now !
