So I highly recommend to create your account on your own.
I also don't see any plausible reason which would make it necessary to let someone else create it.

Could you please explain why you're asking?

Because i couldn't login before cause i was trying to make an account, I think it was the email or the password that i couldn't get through. So i asked a trusted person of mine could he make an account. He probably long gone forgot the password and username, considering i can't even see his server anymore. Infact, he probably forgot me!

I hope you are aware that it is strictly forbidden to create and own multiple accounts. The registration page is very clear about it.

Evading bans (e.g. the game ban of your current account) by simply creating new accounts can be punished with a full life time ban of all accounts. We do not tolerate cheaters.
