i changed my usgn picture but when i go cs2d my old picture there i try log out and log in nothing chaged pls help put the new picture in cs2d

Unfortunately the avatar system is very basic and doesn't refresh avatars once they are cached. Therefore You have to delete the avatar cache manually.

• quit CS2D in case it's still running
• go to your CS2D folder
• go to the sys/cache/avatars-subfolder
• delete the usgn-folder with all its contents

Hope that helps. If you now play again you should see your new avatar.

Avatar download for Unreal Software accounts seems to work as intended. It's always possible that there are short website down times which then results in avatar downloads not working temporarily.

That issue with caching & avatars not refreshing automatically was always there and probably won't be fixed.
